A girl falls down a hole and she can;t get out. its very deep and dark and she needs help to get out.
a doctor walks past and the girl says, “help doctor, i’m stuck in this hole and i can’t get out”. so the doctor writes a prescription, throws it down the hole and walks away.
a minister walks past and the girl says, “help minister, i’m stuck in this hole and i can’t get out”. so the minister writes a prayer, throws it down the hole and walks away.
Third an old friend walks past and the girl yells out the same thing, so the friend jumps in the hole. The girl says, “what are you crazy
now were both stuck in the hole!”. The friend replies, “yes, but i have been down here before and i know the way out”.
I guess the whole point of this story is that you dont have to do these things alone, and if you have a friend who would jump in the hole to save you, then you can probably trust them to lead you out. This is especially true when that friend has done that very thing before.
