part of me wants to be fat a virtual butter ball, and another part want to be thin and toned, muscular and lovely….stretched out and tiny….I have enormous breasts that go better with fat and yet I know it is not good to be overweight…but I want my body to be strong and thin…

wht u are doing is good but i think now u are ready to step it up a bit in sted of swimming for an hour do 2 and in sted of walking jog for an hour and if u wnt to loose ur fat but still eat good u can start eating protine and cards and furit and veg and do some sti ups and urn up and down ur stirs and go to a gym and it is so enyoy able and after u feel fit and happy with ur self and u start noticing that u are getting tonned and fit
