This sounds fabulous

and a great way for you to start, since there are plenty of things for everyone to do either on their own or as a group.

You’ll have to wave to my brother when/if you stop in Ketchikan.

That sounds

perfect! My mother and father-in-law went on one of those once, and loved it. They were able to hop a train while they were there, too, and I think that was their favorite part of the trip. My f-i-l bought me this gorgeous, simply elegant blue topaz earrings there, which I loved. When they were later stolen, that was the one thing I considered to be irreplaceable because of their sentimental value.

Hope you all have a awesome time!

Alaska!

Have you been? Cruises don’t necessarily appeal to me, but I’ve always wanted to take an Alaskan cruise. I hope it’s a fun trip for all of you.

squirrella admits life is full of surprises.

Good for you.

I really hope you have a terrific time and get to know each other some.

Way To Multi-Task!

One of your other goals is “Go on a Cruise”. :-)

Hope you have a good visit with your dad, start a good relationship, and see beautiful things in Alaska.
