When I created this goal, it was because I wanted to learn how to dance. More than a decade ago, I took a dance class in high school. More than a year ago, I took a hip hop dance class through the local adult school. Still, I don’t consider myself a proficient dancer and wanted to take another class. Well, I did. I went to one belly dance class at my gym, and thought about sampling their other classes. My thought didn’t lead to any action. So maybe I’ll take a dance class at some point in the future. Or maybe I’ll do something else to move my body. Something like yoga or martial arts.
