lose the baby weight

i just had my 3rd child 2 months ago and am back to my pre-2nd pregnancy weight. this is still 40 pounds more than before i first got pregnant. i felt as though i was doing really, really well and then my baby was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy. now my diet is extremely limited as to what i can eat (as i am breast feeding). with 3 little ones and bad weather getting any real exercise is very difficult. i live out in the country and we don’t really have a gym with babysitters, not that i am a fan of working out anyway. so i seem to have stalled on 186 lbs. i am trying to lose at least 30 more lbs, i was up to 220 before delivery. this is so frustrating because before the kids i never really dieted. i was a very active person, hiking, swimming, biking, rollerblading. wish me luck!
