exercise regularly (read all 25 entries…)

C25K week 3 start  — 4 months ago

I started week 3 this morning and although both 3 minute runs were longer than I expected, I did well. I even felt like I could have done another repetition (I don’t know if I really could have managed that, but it’s great that I wasn’t completely exhausted at all!). Last night I felt almost giddy that I was going to start on week 3 the next morning :)
