Hey, now I have a saying to go along with the goal!
A friend of mine introduced me to this concept. He doesn’t wear condoms, and his girlfriend once told him, “No condom, no sex.” Well this guy made it a joke at work, but since they couldn’t really be talking openly about it there, he just said, “No C no S.” Everyone at work who wasn’t in on the story thought it was Spanish. Like “No si no es, muchacho.”
Anyway, I realized I could modify that to “no R no S.” No ring no sex.
