start going to bed at a more reasonable time
I did manage to sort out my sleep pattern... 21 months ago

...but I feel I am slipping a little bit.
Last night I didn’t lie down to go to sleep until after 3am so of course I didn’t get up until around 10:30 and even then I didn’t want to get up.
Tonight it’s already 1:30 and I have a lot to get done tomorrow and am also meant to be going out at lunch time for a few hours but I won’t get up in time to do anything in the morning and when I get back I am sure I won’t want to do much so I should of gone to bed earlier.
During the past week I’ve not been asleep before 2am and that’s OK now and then but right now it’s not good at all because I simply have too much to do so i need to get back into going to bed at a proper time.
