have less anxiety

always a bit in-between about accomplishing this or not. i don’t have as much high anxiety now. getting a different, more stable job has helped.

additionally, i use the “stop thinking” method to stop the obsessive thinking that usu. brings on increased anxiety and that seems to work for me. unfortunately and in all honesty – i don’t think i can ever cross this off my 43 things list.
