I’ve been considering buying a plot of land, while I’m still young (18 currently) and planting either an oak or a mulberry tree in the center. then, as the tree grows, use cables, posts, etc. to guide the tree until it is large enough and accommodating enough to put a tree house in it. I’d probably plant a few trees, of course. it really depends on the lot.
