21 Days!
Tomorrow will be 21 days smoke free for me. The cravings are still coming, but I’m getting better at resisting them. This may very well be the time that I quit for good!

Thanks for the encouragement. It’s inspiring to know I’ve inspired someone! One trick I use to fight the cravings is to think about why I wanted to quit in the first place, and weigh that against the “pleasure” of a cigarette. So far, my long term goals for the future have won out over nicotine’s short term temptation.
