I did an hour today and I really enjoyed it and the hour was up before I’d even realised I’d done an hour.
I did my favorite workout DVD, well 3 sections of it, and really worked hard. I pushed myself a little more than normal and it was a great workout. Mainly aerobic with some dance in it, it isn’t an easy DVD and there is 2 more sections in it, one of which I haven’t tried but will do soon, with one of them being really tough and I’m unable to even keep up with that section but in a couple of weeks I am hoping to give it another go and keep up a lot more than I could do now.
