I think Im a fairly intelligent person, and able to analyse issues at work. I have all these great ideas… but struggle to communicate it to peers, especially in meetings. I have narrowed it down to: I start a sentence in my head,, then begin to voice it, but half way through my speech, my mind starts to question why Im not speaking eloquently… and before i know it, i get lost and have to stop talking! its like a car swirving and crashing when the driver gets distracted or falls asleep at the wheel. Im like JD from “scrubs” with the voice in my head!!!
I hope Im not the only one like this, really dont like the idea of being a nutter!!! But I want to take positive action, and learning to speak proper and with confidence is the first step for me!!!!
Any ideas where to start? Books, Audios, Videos????
