just not hours in which I love to do it. Why is customer service looked down upon so much? The thing that gets me is that no amount of schooling could produce a good customer sales rep. It’s something you have or you haven’t got. Like an athletic talent. But you don’t see good waitressess making millions. It’s hard when you do what you love in spite of the money as opposed to because of it. The money wouldn’t even matter that much if it weren’t for the new house with the new bills and the impending record cold and snowy winter when I’m driving a little plastic Saturn. SO I guess what I really want is either the freedom to work in a job that pays crap but I love, or the desire to get into a line of work I love that just happens to yield great big fat paychecks.
I have a job I love...

Yanno, good customer service . . .
is so rare these days that I’m surprised companies don’t pay more to get good people.
