i joined the gym for a year as i have just had a baby and put 20kg on! and have been going to the gym since the 20th january 08’ and only have lost 5.4kg, i need to start going 4/5 times a week not 2/3 time a week its just not enough. im 85.3kg now and want to lose at least another 15kg to be at the wieght of 70kg but 67kg would be even better. i want to fit back in my size 12 skirts comfortably. im hoping going back to pole dancing will help as its good exercise for an all over body workout.
I WAS 70.1KG BEFORE HAVING A BABY AND 90.7 AFTER I GAVE BIRTH. im determined to get back to were i was at 70kg!!! :-)
