Plan a "Fun"eral for my mother-in-law!
Wanna see who'd come to your funeral? 20 months ago

Why wait till you die to have all your loved ones get together?!This way you can enjoy each other without all the tears and share happy times and not the “What ifs” It just might make the “guest of honor” feel better to know that people DO care instead of wonder how they really feel! I know, I’m a little bent, but I just hate it that it always takes a crisis to bring families together!

There are wonderfully loving thoughts behind this goal!
I remember when my friend’s mother passed away, there was a funeral but afterwards the atmosphere was charged with the wonderful love this lady spread throughout her lifetime.
She passed away without warning and I know her son (my friend) wanted to have that party while she was still alive to enjoy it! This may sound extremely strange, but she was there in spirit just the same.
I hope you accomplish this goal while she is still alive.

Thank you!!!

You made my day! It doesn’t sound strange at all! When my mom passed away five years ago…We had a family celebration and shared stories and songs and such. I was sure that she was going to “be there”, but sadly the shuttle exploded that very morning and my mom was so into the Red Cross and worked in the ER for years, that I was certain she was “up there” taking care of all her new friends..the astronauts! I think she did drop in for a minute or two though! My goal is comming together and it looks like it will become a reality on May 24th, if the good lord willing!
