It does to me. I have donated blood about half a dozen times so far. You can donate blood every 2 months. I haven’t been able to give everytime due to conflicting schedules or sickness, but I am always glad I did it afterward.

I wouldn’t count donating blood as saving a life.

For real now, in my eyes it would be wrong to put myself among people who actually saved lives, just because I agreed to have a needle inserted in my arm in order to withdraw some liquid.

tell you what. I’ll keep my eye out for people whose lives are in danger and God forbid there is a situation, but if there is I will be prepared as best I can!

That’s a good resolution. It reminds me that I should refresh my memory about immediate life-saving measures.
