Made it to the gym again today, although I missed my exit from the interstate which ended up costing me about 8 minutes. I wish I had a longer lunch, but something is better than nothing.

Eating is going good today… I have been using thedailyplate.com to track my calories. I’m a little worried about tonight because there is a mai tai party at work and I know there will be food there… hopefully I can stick to the fruit and veggie tray most of the night. ^^
