I kept track of my daily progress on paper. Here’s the week in a nutshell.

In parentheses are the goal amounts.
The tally scratches show what I accomplished for the week.

(28) fruit//// //// 9
(35) vegetables//////////// //// 19
(35) water//////////////// 20
(3x week) fish – /// 3 (yes!)
(30 min/7 days) walk – / 1 :(
(3x week) strength training – (none yet) :(

Obviously, I need to do better than I am – especially with the exercise part. At least this keeps me aware, and I know what I need to strive for…
