After nearly a year of sort of trying to spin and thinking how very hard it was, I bought some new roving. Grey Romney, not the softest stuff in the world, but I’m loving it. Its so very easy to draft, and all the time I though I was such a horrible spinner, it was just that I had bad roving. I have about an ounce of it spun into a very even yarn, and once I get a bit more finished, I’m thinking about plying it together. :)
