It has been 20 months ago

a bad day today but I have tried to be present, alive and all that. Tomorrow we are taking my son back to uni in Notingham and I will get to see my eldest so that is definitely something to look forward to. Mind you saying that I will also be going to visit my mum, never an easy thing to do but I will try to be open and positive to it anyway…

The day went well… And you prompted me to remember my goal of it is all temporary. You can know these things but when you are in a bad space it can be hard to take on board fully… :)
