I watched the whole series, all 14 episodes, over the course of three nights and two days. I’m a bit tired, since that required staying up until 1 or 2 am each night (“I’ll just watch one more episode …”), but it was well worth it. I’m contemplating going to see the movie tonight once the kids are in bed, to cap off the experience.

It was a good show due to character development. The science fiction element was confined to “plausible future” extrapolations. The “Cowboys in Space” motif strained credulity at times, but the richness of the character development made the whole experience worthwhile. I’ll miss these characters.
