I’ve started to put information on traveling gluten-free in Europe online here
My idea is that there should be contact persons for as many places as possible, to keep the site up-to-date. In the ideal case it would be locals on a gluten-free diet who see changes concerning restaurants, shops (location, offer) and maybe also hotels anyway, and who’ll notify me if any of the info changes or if something can be added. If they agree, their names and maybe some (spam-protected) contact option will be mentioned on their city/country page.

Any volunteers around here?
