Other than blogspot.com, there are avenues like:
http://wordpress.com
http://tumblr.com
http://weebly.com

They are good places to start if you have trouble with html. Actually, you don’t even need to know html to build a site. :)

With the last two links, you can even use your own domain name (e.g. yourname.com) for the website you create.
