Ride the exercise bike 5 miles 5 days a week (read all 2 entries…)

Day two of five miles. It took a lot less time today. I didn’t need as many breaks to crank out the 5 miles. It was about an hour including breaks but my right leg is sore afterwards. Yesterday, I felt like I was biking the sorenes out of it. Not today:-(
