I’m having the house inspected today. I’m excited about walking through it with the inspector. It stinks that this sale is so unusual. They are making us use special government offers to purchase that specify we must have it inspected BEFORE we make the offer. I also have to pay for the Title. And have run into a couple other problems, but so far I’ve been able to take care of them. Oh well. I’m hoping all these hoops they are making me jump through will weed out some of the competition.

If all goes well, I’ll be writing the offer tomorrow. If not…well then I’m out $300 and hopefully wiser after learning about what things the inspector looks at.
