I feel much better when I look slimmer. I always wanted to have the body I’ve had for the last 6 months. Now the weight is creeping back on and I don’t want that to happen. While I don’t want to make myself miserable or hungry, I need to work on never bingeing where I feel disgusting and like I’ve abused my body by stuffing it full of food it doesn’t need. I have to learn how to eat around other people without pigging out.
