Away from it all

The house I want to build is a self sufficient earthship type home built into a hill or mesa in the desert. Basically I want to live with nature without spoiling it.

This is commendable, and kind of exciting. To me these kinds of houses are the closest things we have to “homes of the future.” So are you scoping out property yet?

No idea on property yet

I am thinking outside of the normal areas…maybe so far out into the desert that I will have to set it up “off the grid” and have my own power and water set up.
