It’s about expressing it heathily. Screaming and kicking aren’t healthy, find something you love to do and do it to calm yourself.

i think that sometimes screaming is good,
but if you had enough of that, try expressing it in some other way – sculpting in clay, drawing, dancing some extatic dance practice, climbing mountains – helps.
