1. he actually likes it when i sing (and i can’t carry a tune to save my life)

2. we both make each other feel better about ourselves.

3. he enjoys showering together.

4. when something reminds him of the early days in our relationship, he’ll tell me about it.

5. we begin and end our days with kisses, snuggles and ‘i love you’s.

6. he cleans the kitchen because he knows it’s my least favourite chore.

7. he protects me from evil, vicious things like spiders and unidentifiable insects that clearly want to eat me.

8. he has the greatest laugh ever.

9. we can spend a morning just snuggling and reading in bed.

10. he never takes his frustrations out on me.

11. when i have weekend errands to run (picking up birth control, getting my eyebrows waxed), he comes with just so we can spend more time together.

12. he’ll say things like “that looks like a photo you’d take” and can describe my photographic ‘style’ with an almost frightening accuracy.
