Are these just friends or are they actually tattoo artists? I know a lot of people in high school who wanted one so badly they just let a friend or a friend’s friend do it for cheap. They all regretted it and they look like crap. I wanted one too when I was in high school but I’m really glad I waited until I could get it done at a real tattoo shop. I certainly like to shop around for good deals, but a tattoo is one thing you definitely want to put quality before price.
