Get a toned stomach (read all 6 entries…)

...long long time since. So, the aim is to train my stomach muscles in some way every day now, even if just for 5 minutes. I will report in once a week on my progress.

I have found a great stomach exercise. sit on a foot stool. (or something with no back on it, at height your feet touch the floor naturally) Then lean back a little, and twist your shoulders right and left, while lifting your feet off the floor slightly, and moving them in the opposite direction as your shoulders. I have lost one inch in my waste line so far.
You can also stay in the same position, and just lift your knees up and down, but no holding on.
