I lost a little bit this morning!! Yeah!! I’m gonna try not to get OVERLY excited because I know how much my weight fluctuates, and today I’m using my go out to eat once a week deal with my man! This morning I went for a walk/run to kick off my start for my 10K training. I made it for about 30 minutes. Not bad for just starting out! To tell you the truth I was going for an hour walk, and decided to run the downhills and walk the uphills in a park. I think I pushed myself too hard and ended up sick and dizzy, so I had to stop, which is why I only made it 30 minutes! But hey, I STARTED, and I’m not giving up!
