I have not been going anywhere with this goal so I booked an appointment with a dietitian. I have been to see her and I must admit that using her advice that I feel a lot more full after meals. I certainly do not feel like having sugary products.
Some of the main pieces of advice that I received was to have multigrain bread instead of white. Have more vegetables and generally try to have a wider variety of foods. I am hoping that over the coming weeks and months that I will have some success in losing weight with this advice.
