rabaul Had too much again last night as every other night. Sick of it.

stop drinking (read all 4 entries…)
All clear. 20 months ago

Thank God. My ultrasound showed all normal.
I don’t have anything wrong on the inside from drinking.
I thought I might have have liver damage.

I am going to cut down on my drinking seriously.
This is my chance to reduce my risks of damage and live a longer, healthier life.

Thank you to all you posts. You are all so wonderful and supportive.
What a great group of people on 43 things.

Good news to hear!!

On a day in my life where it seems like nothing is going right.

Without this place I don’t think I could have stayed sober for this long…...and I’m not sure how many more chances I had left to turn my own life around.

Today I will not drink!!
