I tried and failed reading this when I was a kid (13 or so), but I sailed through this time (I think I was probably too young or too impatient at least to read with understanding back then).

Incredibly funny but also incredibly moving and challenging. A brilliant fast read too as it is hooking. So far in my reading over the last few years, this has to be one of my favourites, and Yossarian one of my favourite characters.
