because I am returning HOME to Oakland, CA.

My stuff, in transit at the moment, is actually going to live in San Leandro for a while, but Oakland is my home, has been my home for almost 23 years.

ANY place in North California is better than ANY place is South California.

My girl’s birthday party a few months back was on an electric boat on Lake Merritt. We ate southern comfort food and had a great voyage.

It’s very nice there.
