got it

Thanks! I can get all those things right across the street, of course, whereas in American I’d have to go out of town to find them!
I thought about making them tonight but if there are leftovers, I don’t want them in the fridge for the next 5 days while we’re in Guam!
I will definitely try them very soon.

cool.

Hey, have a wonderful time in Guam! Now you’ll have a little project waiting for you when you get back.

They’re a bit time consuming to prepare, and maybe I cheated by freezing some after they were cooked. But I take out a few to reheat them, and they taste fine.

They

look yummy! :)

would you

like the recipe too?

ooooh

- thanks! :)

Uncle Enore looks just like his silly-assed dog.

Wontons?

My people call them tortellini.

Just add some nice tomato gravy and grate some cheese over them and stick ‘em in the oven for 20 minutes and you’ll be all set.

Some nice crusty bread and a nice Barolo and I’ll be there.

sounds delish.

I can practically see the table set, taste the pasta, bread cheese, wine… it’s all so great,

except I don’t care for tomato-based sauces. I know, I know. One of my aunts was from Italy and made the most delightful dishes, to which I always stuck up my nose. Dumb kid. I guess it all started at Aunt Jean’s house.

I always thought...

...Jean was a problem.
