Affirmations

In my journey to love myself I’ve decided I need to stop the negative thinking, and everywhere I turn I’m told to do this through affirmations. I’m going to list my affirmations, they are for me in case I slip up, to look back on them and be reminded.

I forgive myself and others for what we have done.
I am beautiful.
I am a fast learner.
I am a friendly person.
I am easily aware of peoples needs and feelings.
Loving myself heals my life. I nourish my mind, body and soul.
I attract only healthy relationships.
I choose to make positive healthy choices for myself.
I choose to exercise regularly.
When I believe in myself, so do others.
I express my needs and feelings.
I am my own unique self – special, creative and wonderful.
All my relationships are loving and harmonious.
I am at peace.
I trust in the process of life.
Life is a joy filled with delightful surprises.
I prosper wherever I turn and I know that I deserve prosperity of all kinds.
I know that I deserve Love and accept it now.
I give out Love and it is returned to me multiplied.
I rejoice in the Love I encounter everyday.
I am strong.

Can I “adopt” your list too?

One of the wonderful things I am learning on my “journey” is that, talking to yourself in a loving and positive way really does help.

I was obsessing about someone and knew it was so wrong. Every time I started to think about that person, I changed my thoughts into positive ones about ME. I rarely think about that individual anymore. Realizing the power of positive thinking, I would love to “adopt” your list and add a few of mine…

Absolutely! Be my guest take and enjoy and add as many as you like please share I might like to add some of yours too =) this is such a healing thing. I have a person like that too. Its quite startling when you (I) realize what you’re thinking is really doing to yourself (myself)!
