wow so after nine months with a vertical lip piercing it started to grow out. recently i decided to take it out so there wouldn’t be an extensive amount of scar tissue and consequently a limp.
it’s funny, i really enjoyed having this piercing for the time being but ever since i’ve taken it out i had to realise how much it restricted me in the end.
when i first took it out i did it with the intention to get it re-pierced once the skin healed but no i don’t have any intentions of doing so anymore.
it was a great experience but i definitely grew out of it.

ps. the best part about the whole experience is that i haven’t gotten any visible scars!!
