last week: i couldn’t go running this weekend. but i did avoid the candy & chips in the vending machine! and i averaged 7900 steps per day last week.
to do- walk 8000 steps a day
- walk around the block to a deli instead of going to the vending machine
- do not go back for second helpings of cake at the upcoming parties. and don’t stand next to the snack table while talking to ppl either.
- (try a new running route if there’s time this wkd)
