Okay I used to do this a while back and people thought I was crazy due to my long pauses and what seemed to be a lack of feeling. I won’t say my issue is I say off the wall things, but there are times when I say too much or I say things that I don’t mean if I’m upset. I believe that when you truly filter your thoughts before you speak you can give off a sense of calmness and warmth that people look for no matter if you’re saying something that seems positive or negative. This is truly an art form that that requires a lot of practice, but well worth it.. because at the end of the day, when you say something people will take much more notice of what you’re saying…
