Sleep 20 months ago

I would like to ask for prayer for sleep. Each night my sleep has been impeded in one form or another: kids, dogs, myself, other stuff.

Without good sleep every night, I’m unable to effectively function to meet all the demands.

Some Nights

I’ve found when my kids sleep with me, I’m less likely to get good sleep in the nights, so the key here is to make them sleep in their own beds if I want good sleep.

Also, I’ve been attempting to go to bed much earlier, which is helping, sort of.

Right now I’m not sleeping well due to jaw pain that started Saturday.
