its now been about 10 days since I started this new goal of mine… i read on mamasource about a lady whose husband loves to do them and she inspired me .. I thought wow i could do those in an instant. she suggested making a diamond with your fingers and thumb . well in my bad baad memory of those days where i used to lift weights and run miles and miles I could so easily do this .. did i mention its been nearly 20 years and I am now nearing 275 pounds.. well anyways i tried it. i cried and thought this is unbelievable I cannot even do one. that didnt discourage me one bit.. i wrote back for suggestions.. she said try any way you can and i did. I am now up to 9 almost 10 lady ones(and not the diamond kind i might be ready for one of those soon and i will try to keep ya posted…)... and get this I can even see the changes in my arms already .. i do not know what the physics are but i imagine I am lifting a huge amount of weight can even feel the kinks popping along my spine.. nothing painful just feels great… i am so pleased i began this routine daily and i run to the calendar every time.. i know one day i might dread it but when your are this heavy and you have walked over 7—10 miles for a year or more and seen very little changes this tiny bit of change is soooooo inspiring..
About 10 days ago I couldn't even do one
