I was trying to decide what to make for dinner last night, I wanted something kind of light, so instead of the usual boring chicken and rice or pasta that my family eats way too much, I decided to try something new. So I went online and found a recipe for a “Chicken Fiesta Salad” which has this to die for Avocado Ranch dressing. It was easy to make and it was so delicious!!
