I want open my own hostal in tulum mexico living the dream of my life.

i was just speaking today with my friend where could be possible open an hostel and she told me that a good place could be mexico…it’s also my dream..
but i don’t have any idea about the cost of a building there…do you konw it?

I think that tulum it’s a good place to open an hostel…it’s a popular place but not so much like cancun and other places in mexico.
it’s a good idea start to investigate the cost of a building (350-450 square meters…more or less 40 beds) or a cost to buy or rent an existing hotel to trasform it in a backpackers hostel. it’s important know also the medium price for a bed in tulum so it’s possible calculate if the investment have an accetable pay-back period… if you want you can contact me on skype (skype name: martuelas)
