No one would know how much sadness I carry within. The rain would drown out my sobs and wash away my tears. No one would know.

This both tragic and uplifting at the same time. Emotional release is a great thing. Sometimes it clears up your thoughts, even if for a few seconds, standing there realizing your troubles are now puddles which you can kick and splash around in with your rain boots.

Yes, that’s a great way to put it. The rain has such a cleansing effect, like crying. Rain and tears combined would be a wonderful means of catharsis.
