My Kundalini arising happened over about a month period after which people who had known me for years were amazed at how I had changed. I felt like I was moving up a spiral and I could see the top, enlightenment, if I only I could’ve kept going.

Now I realize that in my particular life it will happen in spurts. Mine happened because of the knowledege I had gained from reading and talking about spiritual concepts for the year before.

Now I must be careful to keep growing spiritually and not forget it.
