lose the weight i need to lose and keep it off (read all 2 entries…)
so i lost 20 lbs... 20 months ago

keep it simple. don’t try crazy diets or buy ‘miracle weight loss drugs’ or middle-of-the-night-advertisement exercising devices. i found that just removing excess fats and unnecessary sugars from my diet, along with daily or near-daily exercise, worked for me.
