SuperHussy has returned. ready to revamp and progress!
As of this morning, I weigh 248 pounds, stand 5’ 8” tall and wear anywhere between a size 16 and 18.
Today, I am giving up coffee, juice and soda in favor of tea and water—I really like water (thank heaven!) They do nothing good for my body and only increase the amount of sugar in my veins and pounds on my hips.
Today, I will eat fruits, vegetables ad whole grains instead of processed meats, breads and, well, crap.
Today, I will snack on fruits, veggies and nuts, not the junk that we have stocked in the office.
Today is the first day of me truly stepping into myself.
